a couple other new online resources...

bleak beauty

Danny Lyon just posted a new site, bleakbeauty.com. When i was in new york, i worked with him on this project and am happy it is now online. It's a site of "social, political and photo-realism", currently featuring the work of Danny Lyon, Julian Bond, and Hugh Edwards (Curator of photography at the Art Institute of Chicago 1959-1970). There are links to Danny Lyon books and films, and be sure to look at the Hugh Edwards images, they are amazing.
