the rite spot in the mission. good place to go for a drink. (you know the deal, a corner bar i've frequetned for years, nothin' pretentious about it, nice folks, piano in the back... plus they serve food which is a bonus)... a photo i didn't take but that's burned in my head is a picture of a good friend in the bathroom here a few years ago, sitting on the toilet in her wedding dress with a drink in one hand and a cigarette in the other... that'll teach any photographer to carry her camera at all times...
